Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Our goal is to ship your order out to you as fast as we possibly can. Depending on the product purchased, the availability of the products, and the size of the order placed, your order may be split into multiple shipments to expedite the delivery of your entire order.

Once the order is in the “Getting Ready to Ship” or “Shipped” status, unfortunately the order cannot be edited. If you would like to reroute, you may be subject to the fees that apply when rerouting.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in "processing,” “getting ready to ship,” or “shipped” status.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders to Puerto Rico. We are also unable to direct our packages to any PO BOX addresses.

SHIPPING TERMS

Shipments are subject to the carriers' published shipping rates, accessorial surcharges and other fees as applicable. Additional charges could also be assessed that may include fuel surcharges and dimensional/oversize fees, when required by carriers' regulations. All such charges as mentioned herein, along with any insurance costs, are calculated and added to the invoice total and are non-refundable.

If an order is refused for any reason Aging Well Medical Supplies will be compensated for all shipping charges plus a 20% restock fee. Such compensation must be received before any other orders are released for the customer.

All orders are shipped FOB Burr Ridge, IL (or the manufacturers' location for drop ship items). Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is delivered to the carrier. Customers must make damage claims directly to the carrier within 10 days of receipt of the order. All boxes and packaging material are necessary when filing a claim. All shipping/pricing discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of order.

We only ship to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR.

Returns Policy

All products sold by Aging Well Medical Supplies are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer's limited warranty. Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by manufacturer and product.

All returns require a Return Authorization.

Defective product can be returned to Aging Well Medical Supplies within 10 days of sale. After 10 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 10 days from the date of purchase. If there is no exchange or repair we have the right to impose up to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or credit will be granted after 10 days. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly.

A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer before we can accept it as a defective return. You can get a list of manufacturer phone numbers by contacting us.

Non-defective product can be returned to Aging Well Medical Supplies within 14 days of sale. Any non-defective returns must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and/or unbroken seal. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. All non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restock fee within 10 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.  Items with free shipping have a shipping charge imputed in the price.  Any refund will be adjusted to compensate us for actual shipping costs for any return or exchange.

Please call a Aging Well Medical Supplies customer service representative at 631-920-3565 or use the contact us form for an RA number. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. RAs are effective for 14 days only.

The RA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or RA numbers written on the manufacturer's boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.

All returns must be returned to Aging Well Medical Supplies with freight PREPAID.

Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, Aging Well Medical Supplies  will credit the customer's account for merchandise costs. The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items.
Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
Health & personal use items

Please allow one week for return processing.

Returns will not be accepted 10 days after sale, regardless of reason

How to Return

Option 1: Set up your own return. Sign into your agingwellmedicalsupplies.com account using the email address and password you registered when ordering. Click on “My Account” then “Returns”. Click “Return Items” for the order you wish to return, then check the items and select the reasons for return from the drop down.

Option 2: Email us for a return shipping label. Email us at margretweb123@gmail.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

For exchanges, please follow option 2 noted above.

Once you have completed these steps, you will see/receive a confirmation of your return request. It will take 3-5 business days for us to send your return shipping label.

Receiving Your Refund

We will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of the receipt of your return. By default, we will process the refund to the original form of payment, unless you specify you’d prefer a store credit. Please note, we may deduct a 20% restocking fee; some products may have higher restocking fees, which are noted on each applicable product page.

If you returned a product(s) used to qualify for our free shipping promotion and the return reduces the order subtotal to less than the amount needed to qualify for free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund.

We will do our best to reach out to you in the event that the card on file has expired. Should our efforts to reach you fail, we will issue your refund in the form of a store credit, which will be sent to you via email. The store credit will be valid for six months.
